Green Shadow Services L.L.C., (hereafter also referred to as the Parent Company, or Foreign Company), is the sole owner of its Canadian subsidiary.

Green Shadow will primarily target businesses and corporates in need of security services, residential buildings, and event management companies, as well as hospitals, religious temples, and other companies and commercial complex premises that require security services.
