Our selection process involves the following
Application
The information is used to screen and verify their work history, education, Language, military or security services, back ground.
Interviews
A series of interviews are conducted to establish the applicant’s ability to speak and comprehend, personal to ensure high standards is maintained for each security guard.
Criminal Records Check
All GSS Security employees coming first time into the country are expected to carry a good conduct certificate from their home country. This check is to ensure that the applicant has no previous criminal record in their country.
Training
Our goal is to provide training programs that are designed specifically for each client site. On the job training will be conducted for each facility for each employee assigned to your site. In addition we will cross train employees from other sites to be able fill in when needed.
All security guards are trained in security operations to be used at a number of our location. Our guards are trained and tested in security procedures in the following areas before being assigned to a post.
